Refund policy
Return Policy – 30 Days
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, the shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may purchase the new item separately.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
